The opinion of our goal-setting scouts:
If department X handled the issue better, many things would be easier for us
In S1/F3 the necessity of connecting different interests across system boundaries was discussed.
One is not always aware that this should be implemented differently. Working groups are formed, but they are not teams. Collaboration and interaction are not distinguished. Team building is phase-related conflict management.
Our CATUUGA-Scouts bring together the diverse strengths of internal and external colleagues/stakeholders.

The experience of the CATUUGA-Scouts shows:
The awareness of the management for handling cross-departmental and even cross-company forms of collaboration is determined only marginally by the internal functions of the departments. Especially in processes divided by labor, other structured forms need to be adopted or further deepened.
Division of labor will continue to increase, primarily due to the varying cost structures across regions and the economies of scale associated with the utilization of specific manufacturing processes (machine costs).
