I am 58 years young, a dynamic, entrepreneurial thinker, and strategically oriented sales and management professional with solid knowledge in the disciplines of general management according to international standards.

I possess strong assertiveness and excellent communication skills. These qualities distinguish me in the global business and sales world.

• Over 30 years of experience in global sales, 30 years of experience in general sales management, project management, as well as in executive management, including financial management.

• Over 30 years of experience in marketing and in the global organization and execution of trade fairs.

• Strong technical understanding and knowledge, not least the ability to remain calm even in challenging business and management situations.

• General: Profound knowledge of the markets and processes in the fields of extrusion, coating, lamination, spunlace, spunbond, nonwoven, and paper, as well as the entire world of winding machines, which I have significantly advanced. The foundation of my knowledge and experience is mechanical engineering, plastics technology, and textile manufacturing.

I have known catuuga for over 10 years through collaboration in mechanical engineering. Back then, I was already firmly convinced that what catuuga develops and offers is highly integrity-driven and unique. All functionalities were developed in projects with the customers.

As a former entrepreneur, I know all too well what it can mean not to have a unique partner by your side in many areas. Decisions are made after weighing all the information. However, if not all the information is available, one can also make the wrong decision.

Therefore, for me, it was already clear back then: catuuga GmbH is a customer-oriented consulting service provider and organizational consultant for value enhancement processes, which, unlike many other consultants, also brings the necessary tools and, upon request, keeps them on-site in use.

We offer classic interim, project, as well as specialized value stream and supply chain management.

For this purpose, catuuga GmbH uses a self-developed system called SOLWO, a Solution Workbench, to manage the processes.

Furthermore, to optimize your value creation, we use a globally operating supplier search engine called SOLEX (Solution Exchange) to implement the execution competence alongside it.

For this, so-called SCOUTS, for example in process engineering, can be involved to support your desired processes with detailed knowledge. We optimize worldwide for you and have a close, owner-managed company structure, from which you benefit.
